ABOUT OUR ORGANIZATION
The Restore Education Foundation (REF) strives to create a positive and lasting impact on students in low-performing schools, particularly at Chamberlain High School. By acting as a “referee” between families and the education system, we help resolve conflicts, ensure equitable access to resources, and empower parents to be active participants in their children’s education. Our focus areas include:
-
Reducing Absenteeism: We help students and families address the root causes of chronic absenteeism, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to attend school regularly and succeed.
-
Supporting Positive Behavior: Our program works to decrease disruptive behaviors such as skipping class and fighting by providing tools for conflict resolution, accountability, and social-emotional learning.
-
Building Strong Partnerships: We work directly with families, educators, and community leaders to foster an environment where students are supported, respected, and encouraged to reach their full potential.
